Local Network Provider via MyIX Access Interruption

1. This announcement is addressed to all our JARING customers.

2. We would like to inform you that our access to local network provider via Malaysia Internet Exchange (MyIX) is having problem started on May 10, 2009 at about 12:00 am.

3. The telecommunication provider is working on rectifying the problem.

4. Users may experience slow access to/from local network provider via MyIX sites during peak hours.

5. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
